How does the Teeth Whitening Powder work?
Smile & Sparkle’s Teeth Whitening Powder should be used after brushing with your normal toothpaste three to four times a week. Each pot contains a 6 months supply!

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your results:
1. Take a clear photo of your teeth before using the Teeth Whitening Kit*
2. Apply each treatment as instructed in the user manual
3. Take a clear photo after you’ve completed all 9 applications
4. Send your before and after photos, along with a photo of the used products within 30 days of receiving it. You can send this to support@smileandsparkleteeth.com
5. Once approved, your refund will be processed.
You have 30 days from the date that you received the order to process a Money Back guarantee application.
Applications that do not meet these criteria and do not comply with our terms and conditions will not be approved for a refund.
*Please ensure that you take your before and after photo in similar lighting conditions to reflect accurate results. Before and after photos must include valid dates and time stamps. If you have any further questions please email us at support@smileandsparkleteeth.com.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
We here at Smile & Sparkle are not able to refund purchases unless the product is defective. Smile & Sparkle will offer a refund for defective items, but only within 8 days of receiving any Smile & Sparkle products (this does not include our 30-day money back guarantee offer).
This refund is only available if all items provided are returned in their original state, including all packing material, original instruction manuals, and any accessories that came with them. Partially returned items will NOT be accepted. Once the LED light and mouth tray has been used, it will not be liable for a refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. If you suspect an item is defected, you can contact us via Chat or email at support@smileandsparkleteeth.com.
